Returns / exchange
We want our customers to be happy, so we offer a 30 day return policy. Please contact us prior to return. Items can be returned / exchanged as long as they are in “NEW” or the exact form the item was received. Payment will be returned in the same form that was used. We are happy to work with you to fix the situation, however return abuse, excessive returns and other behaviors will not be accepted. Buyer pays return Shipping.
Warranty
We offer a 30 day warranty. Our company wants our customers to be happy with their purchase so in the case that a product is defective, please contact us for resolution. This may include: exchange for same or different item, repair, or other options as well, depending on situation.

Leather care
there are many different conditioners and cleaners for leather. We do not specifically recommend one over another, but find one that is specific for the type of leather of your bag, (chrome tanned, oil tanned, etc..) please be careful and test first before application to the overall bag.
Please be careful to avoid objects that can scratch or poke holes. Also please keep products away from liquids, food, water, etc... to prevent stains
If purchased from a boutique, you may ask them what cleaning procedure and cleaning products are preferred, or find a specialist in your area for cleaning and maintenance.
Please be aware that the color from the handbag may transfer onto clothes or upholstery.
