Returns / exchange

We want our customers to be happy, so we offer a 30 day return policy. Please contact us prior to return. Items can be returned / exchanged as long as they are in “NEW” or the exact form the item was received. Payment will be returned in the same form that was used. We are happy to work with you to fix the situation, however, return abuse, excessive returns and other behaviors will not be accepted. Buyer pays return shipping.






We offer a 30 day warranty. Our company wants our customers to be happy with their purchase. In the case that a product is defective, please contact us for resolution. This may include: exchange for same or different item, repair, or other options as well, depending on situation.

     The Handmade process

“Handcrafted” is a term that can vary from company to company. A common understanding of this term is products being produced in small quantities. Humble Luxury follows this by producing products in very small quantities. We do use industrial sewing machines and a rivet press, but most people would look at companies like ours and consider us to fall into the “handmade” category. For more information about this, please contact us with questions.





Please be aware that each bag might be unique and slight variations may occur from bag to bag. Colors displayed on your computer or cellphone may vary slightly as well. We truly hope you are satisfied with your purchase, so please contact us if issues arise. See warranty / return policy for more details.


Sales tax is applied depending on location of purchaser. Prices of products may change without notice.


Supplies are limited and out-of-stock situations may occur, in this case, a substitute or refund may be offered.


Inaccuracies and human errors relating to; production quality, prices, color, actual exact size etc, may occur. Corrections of information, typo's, prices, and errors can be corrected even after purchase is made. Please contact us for any concerns about an issue.

Please be aware that the color from the handbag may transfer onto clothes or upholstery.

Also please know that website views and sales are tracked. This may assist with marketing. We may send coupons and promotions through emails. Submitting your emails allows us to send  you information and sale promotions. We store submitted emails for this purpose.



      Leather care

There are many different conditioners and cleaners for leather. We do not specifically recommend one over another, but find one that is specific for the type of leather of your bag, (chrome tanned, oil tanned, etc..) please be careful and test first before application to the overall bag.


Please be careful to avoid objects that can scratch or poke holes. Also please keep products away from liquids, food, water, etc... to prevent stains


If purchased from a boutique, you may ask them what cleaning procedure and cleaning products are preferred, or find a specialist in your area for cleaning and maintenance.
